Reservations and Payment
25% deposit will be charged upon confirmation and final payment is 70 days prior to departure. Payment can be made by credit card, cash or direct deposit.
A minimum group size of 6 people is required to guarantee departure. The maximium Group size is 8 people. No guarantee of gender ratio per itinerary.
All rates are quoted in Australian Dollars. Tour prices may vary subject to currency conversion at time of deposit payment.
Travel documents/Vouchers will be sent via email or post approximately 10 days prior to the traveller’s departure from Australia.
Individual Traveller strongly recommends that travellers purchase Travel Insurance in case of trip cancellation. The following cancellation penalties apply for individual bookings:-
In case of cancellation up to 66 days prior to arrival date – 50% of the full cost of your trip will be charged.
In case of cancellation 65 days or less prior to arrival date – 100% of the full cost of your trip will be charged.
All refunds will be processed within 40 days of cancellation
Changes requested during your trip
We will do our up-most to satisfy any alternations or cancellations of services you request during your vacation although penalty fees may apply.
Individual Traveller intends to provide you with all services that you request from us. In rare cases, when it is not possible to confirm your reservation due to availability of requested service we will provide a suitable alternative comparable in price and standard. If you decline the alternative, and have already been charged for the original booking a full refund will be given subject to supplier terms and conditions. If any event beyond control of Individual Traveller occurs, whether it be airport or seaport closures, war or terrorist threats, civil unrest, or any other unforeseen circumstance, causing either delays or change of travel arrangements. Individual Traveller cannot accept liability for any resulting loss; damage or expense and any refund will be subject to deduction of reasonable expenses. These conditions are governed by Australian law and both parties shall submit to the jurisdiction of Australian Courts at all times.
Travellers who require special assistance during their Trip
Individual Traveller strongly suggests at the time of confirmation you report any special requirements during your trip. We will make reasonable attempts to accommodate the special needs requested. If notification is not given at least 10 days prior Individual Traveller declines responsibility for any services that cannot be provided.
TRAVEL INSURANCE is not included in our prices. We strongly recommend that you purchase your own travel insurance or from your travel agent at the time of booking to cover yourself against loss of monies paid in the event of cancellation due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances; as well as for medical expenses, loss of luggage and other expenses incurred while travelling.
