Day 1 - 23rd December

Welcome to London!

Arrive in London where you will be met for a private transfer to your hotel

Once settled at the hotel, you then have a day at your leisure to explore all that this “greatest city on Earth” has to offer.

This evening meet our local representative and your new friends for a Welcome Dinner with drinks included

Day 2 - 24th December

Enjoy breakfast in your Hotel

The day and lunch is at your leisure to explore London’s gems at your own pace.

Hotel Bar is open between 5.30pm – 6.30pm with house wine, beer, soft drinks included exclusively for Individual Travellers

After drinks we will depart for an early evening tour of the best Christmas markets in London, the South Bank. This place can keep you entertained until the early morning hours and has a plethora of dining options to choose from. Return to your Hotel at your leisure.

Day 3 - 25th December *Christmas Day*

Wake up on Christmas morning at your leisure and enjoy Breakfast in your Hotel

Today you will enjoy a traditional English Christmas Lunch at a local English Pub, the Sherlock Holmes (or similar) with beer, wine & soft drinks included.

The rest of the afternoon at your leisure, perhaps a little nap before a light buffer dinner with drinks is served at your Hotel

Day 4 - 26th December *Boxing Day*

Enjoy Breakfast in your Hotel

After breakfast with your driver/guide we will depart for Windsor to enjoy a 3 hour walking tour. Whilst the Castle itself is closed on Boxing day you can explore this lovely town before we have lunch at Clarence Brasserie (or similar) with beer, wine & soft drinks included.

After lunch we will transfer to Winchester and check-in to your Hotel

The rest of the afternoon is at your leisure

Day 5 - 27th December

Enjoy Breakfast in your Hotel

After breakfast, your guide will introduce you to some hidden gems of Winchester, as part of your morning tour. Popular for its shopping streets and architecture, Winchester is best known for its 11th -century Cathedral and for the Great Hall which for over 600 years has housed the mysterious Arthurian round table. Next to the Cathedral is the fascinating ruin of Wolvesey Castle: Queen Mary and Philip of Spain had their wedding breakfast there in 1554 and today it remains a popular wedding venue. Winchester College is believed to be the oldest continuously running school in the country whilst the Hospital of St Cross, a medieval almshouse, still offers they wayfarer’s dole to travellers as it has done for more than eight centuries. Resting place of author Jane Austen and inspiration to the many craft-makers and artists who live here, Winchester is a true gem. Entry to Jane Austen’s House Museum is included.  This morning tour takes up to 3 hours and you will return back to the hotel before your lunch and the rest of the day at your leisure

Day 6 - 28th December

Enjoy Breakfast in your Hotel

After breakfast you will meet your local guide/driver and begin with a journey to the beautiful City of Salisbury where you will discover the uniqueness of its Cathedral, being built almost entirely in one architectural style, early English Gothic. It was built in just 38 years and it is a home to the best preserved of four surviving original Magna Carta (AD 1215) which is listed on the UNESCO “Memory of the World” register.

Enjoy lunch at your leisure before setting off to the mysterious Stonehenge for a visit to the great monolithic structures. Wander around the World Heritage Site and contemplate the huge stones that have stood in place for more than 5,000 years. From here, the journey continues to the amazing city of Bath where and check-in to your Hotel.

Tonight you will enjoy a dinner at a local restaurant called Olive Tree (or similar) with beer, wine & soft drinks included

Day 7 - 29th December

Enjoy Breakfast in your Hotel

After breakfast meet your local guide for a morning tour of Bath, a charming city that stands on the slopes of the River Avon; famous for the Roman Baths, the best preserved Roman Spa from the ancient World. This beautiful Georgian city was the first city in England to be designated a World Heritage Site. On this panoramic morning tour, you can see the Bath Abbey, where the first British King was crowned in 973AD, the famous Pulteney Bridge modeled on the Florentine Ponte Vecchio and the stunning architecture of the Royal Crescent. We will finish your tour with a visit to the Roman Baths.

Enjoy Breakfast in your Hotel

With your local guide your day will begin with a visit to Gloucester Cathedral before moving on to Cheltenham, a spa town located within The Cotswolds. Its label as a holiday resort dates back to the discovery on mineral springs in 1716. The town is famous for its Regency architecture and is said to be “the most complete regency town in England, with many of the buildings being listed.  For lunch you will enjoy one of the best roast dinners in Cheltenham with beer, wine & soft drinks included in a local restaurants before heading back to Bath for some downtime.

The morning and Lunch is at your leisure so make the most of what this honey-coloured, history worn and one of Britain’s most elegant cities has to offer

This afternoon we will depart for London where we will bring in the New Year at a special dinner at Simpson’s in the Strand (or similar) with beer, wine & soft drinks included.

Following dinner make your way to the banks of the River Thames to watch the magnificent fireworks display to welcome in the New Year. This city truly knows how to party!
